STATE Administration Council Member Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae received Mr Alounkeo Kittikhoun, Special Envoy of ASEAN Chair on Myanmar, and his delegation at the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee Centre in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday. Lt-Gen Win Bo Shein, Ambassador (retired) U San Lwin and officials attended the meeting. During the meeting, SAC Member Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae and Special Envoy to ASEAN Chair on Myanmar Mr Alounkeo Kittikhoun discussed Myanmar’s peace processes, the status of peace talks with ethnic armed organizations, ASEAN Five-Point Consensus and humanitarian aid issues.
