PYIDAUNGSU Hluttaw Joint Bill Committee held a meeting on the controversial bill for amending the Law Protecting the Privacy and Security of Citizens, and 2020-2021 National Planning Bill in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Speaker of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw and Chairman of Joint Bill Committee and Joint Public Accounts Committee U Tun Aung (a) U Tun Tun Hein, Vice-Chairmen, Secretaries, Joint secretaries and members of the Joint Bill Committee and the Joint Public Accounts Committee, Chairmen and Secretaries of Pyithu Hluttaw Judicial and Legal Affairs Committee, Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen, Secretaries, Joint Secretaries of Joint Planning and Budget Review Group (5), (13) and (15), Pyidaungsu Hluttaw MPs who submitted the amendments, officials from Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Border Affairs, Ministry of Planning, Finances and Industry, Union Attorney-General Office and Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Office.
