AT the invitation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, a Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung left for Beijing to attend the opening ceremony of ASEAN-China Cooperation in Agriculture and Food Security Year. Officials from the People’s Republic of China's Embassy to Myanmar and departmental officials saw off the delegation at the Yangon International Airport.

HONESTLY speaking, I have scraped a living from part-time tutoring for over a decade. I have also taught almost all school subjects to students of basic education as a part-time teacher. Now and then, a challenging question is arising in the world of education: is it possible or not for a teacher to instruct all school subjects by himself? Apparently, most people from the educational field cannot accept that only one teacher will be able to do every school subject all by himself.
