U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, received Mr Mag Philip Schonthal, Myanmar Honorary Consul-General to Austria with residence in Vienna at 10 am yesterday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

At the meeting, the Union minister explained recent developments in Myanmar and both sides cordially exchanged views on possible avenues for promoting friendly relations and cooperation as well as activities of the Austria-Myanmar Society.
