A special appeal tribunal consisting of Chief Justice of the Union U Htun Htun Oo and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Myo Tint, U Kyi Thein, U Tin Hone and Daw Thin Thin Nwet was convened yesterday morning at the Supreme Court of the Union and passed the judgement of one special criminal appeal case No 12/2022 (Kachin).

In addition, a total of four special civil appeal cases Nos 17/2022 (Rakhine), 18/2022 (Rakhine), 54/2022 (Magway) and 55/2022 (Magway), were heard in accordance with the COVID-19 prevention and control guidelines.
