1.    Myanmar Farmers’ Development Party with its headquarters located at No C/10, 2nd Myotaw Street, 10th Ward, Chantha Shwepyi Housing, Dagon Myothit (East) Township, Yangon Region applied on 16-3-2023 to be allowed continuity to exist and register as a political party under Section 25 of the Political Parties Registration Law. It is reported that the party name, flag and emblem will be used as described.

2.  Under Rule 14 (d) of the Registration of Political Parties, it is hereby announced to the public that those who wish to object to the name of the party, the flag and the emblem to be used by that organization may submit their objection to the Union Election Commission with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement.
