As a gesture of hailing the 75th anniversary of Myanmar-China diplomatic relations, a meeting was held on 13 December at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Yangon.

The meeting was between the Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central), led by Chairperson U Tin Oo, along with its patrons, vice chairpersons, and executive members, and a delegation from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Myanmar, headed by Chinese Ambassador Ms Ma Jia, along with senior diplomats and embassy staff.

During the meeting, the Chairperson of the Myanmar-China Friendship Association (Central) and the Chinese Ambassador delivered speeches. Discussions were held on enhancing bilateral friendship and deepening cooperation across various sectors. The meeting included an exchange of gifts and a joint prayer for the enduring strength of Myanmar-China diplomatic relations. The event concluded with a cordial dinner shared by the participants.
