THE Unity and Development Party (UADP) fully welcomes and supports the efforts of the Myanmar delegation, led by Union Minister for the Ministry 2 of the President’s Office U Ko Ko Hlaing and Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney-General Dr Daw Thida Oo, who travelled to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, the Netherlands, to respond to the dishonest and unfounded allegations made by the Republic of The Gambia.

The party expresses its full support for these efforts.

Therefore, the Unity and Development Party hereby issues this statement affirming that it stands firmly with the Myanmar delegation in its efforts to uphold truth and justice, as well as national dignity and sovereignty. Central Executive Committee Unity and Development Party.
