THE Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has agreed to the proposed appointment of Mr Mubarak M A Aladwani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar with residence in Yangon.

Mr Mubarak M A Aladwani was born in 1964. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a major in Public Administration from Kuwait University in 1994. He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait in 1995. From 1998 to 2002, he served as an Attaché at the Kuwait Mission to Syria, and from 2002 to 2005, as Third Secretary at the Kuwait Mission to Algeria. From 2005 to 2009, he was assigned as Second Secretary at the Kuwait Mission to Belgium, and from 2009 to 2012, as First Secretary at the Kuwait Mission to Uzbekistan. From 2012 to 2015, he served as an Adviser in the Economic Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait. From 2015 to 2019, he was assigned as a Counsellor at the Kuwait Mission to Canada. Since 2019, he has been serving as Minister Plenipotentiary at the Kuwait Mission to Poland.

He is married with six children.
