A combined inspection team consisting of members of the Anti-Drug Police Force searched Min Thurein (aka) Bay Gyi, who is on suspicion at the front of BEHS (3), Sangyoung street, north Sangyoung ward, Sangyoung township at 6 pm on 15 July. They found 100 tablets of Ecstasy and 0.005 kilogramme of Ketamine and as an investigation result, the team seized 2,739 tablets of Ecstasy, 0.25 kilogramme of Ketamine and 37.32 kilogrammes of marijuana, total worth of K163.63 million from his house, located at No 23/25, Sangyoung street, North Sangyoung ward, Sangyoung township at 8:30 pm.

Likewise, the Anti-Drug Task Force searched a Probox vehicle driven by Thet Naing accompanied by Ma Nang Nadi in Khayaypin road, near Danyingon junction, Danyingon ward of Insein township at 8 pm on 16 July. The team impounded 1,930 stimulant tablets. The team inspected drugs dealer Ma Cho Cho’s house and seized K800,000 from the house at No 872/A, U Paw Oo street, No 18 ward, west Hlinethaya township at 9 pm.

Similarly, the team searched Tin Shwe, who is on suspicion in No 12 ward of Namhkam at 1 pm on the same day. The team found 1,600 stimulant tablets from him. They are prosecuted under the Anti-Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law, the Myanmar Police Force stated.
