1. The State Administration Council has confirmed the appointment of U Htein Winn, Director-General of the National Registration and Citizenship Department under the Ministry of Immigration and Population on the expiry of the one-year probationary period.

2. The State Administration Council has appointed Dr Nilar Myint, Pro-Rector of Hinthada University of the Department of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education, as Rector of Panglong University of the same ministry on probation from the date she assumes charge of her duties.
