THE Ministry of Commerce supervises the import of essential medical supplies as well as anti-COVID-19 devices that are critical to the COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment activities through border trade posts, international airports and seaports.

A company imported 7.20 tonnes of masks by car via Chinshwehaw border trade camp yesterday.

Officials from the relevant departments provided necessary facilities in order to beef up the standard operating procedures-SOP for the import process.
