THE police seized 28 abandoned vehicles at Thilawa Seaport, according to the statement of the Illegal Trade Eradication Committee on 26 May.

On 23 May, the Customs Department conducted inspections at Hteedan Port Terminal and found an abandoned Light Truck (RHD) worth K9,014,688 with expired ID term, and took action as per the Customs Procedures, the statement said.

 On 24 May, the Customs Department also confiscated 28 discarded vehicles worth K423,110,383 with expired ID terms at the Myanmar International Terminal Thilawa and took action in line with the Customs Procedures.
