THE Anti-Drug Police Force seized K660 million worth of 44 kilogrammes of heroin in Nawnghkio Township on 17 May.

At 3:00 pm, the Anti-Drug Police Force searched a Hyundai car, according to information, driven by Wunna Htun with Kyaw Kyaw Min aboard heading from Yaksawk to Nawnghkio on the Dokhtawady Bridge of Nawnghkio Township and captured K660 million worth of 44 kilogrammes of heroin that were covered with corn seed bags.

According to the examination, at 6:00 pm on 22 May, police seized Thant Zin Aung (aka) Thant Zin, who is the responsible man for carrying heroin, at Tollgate near the 16th-mile checkpoint in Patheingyi Township with a Mark II car.

They are prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law, the Myanmar Police Force stated.
