MYANMAR products were introduced to the international market through Myanmar Pavilion on B2B e-Commerce platform ECPlaza (www.ecplaza.net) on 27 January, with a view to extending business filed to the global market and conducting business following changes in consumer behaviours during the COVID-19 and meet overseas trade marketing needs, according to the Myanmar Trade Promotion Organization (Myantrade) under the Ministry of Commerce.

The opening of the Myanmar Pavilion was virtually launched. Director-General Daw Naw Muta Kapaw of Myantrade, Director Mr Kaung Jun Kyung of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and Mr Inkyu Park, chair of ECPlaza Network Inc, officials concerned and suppliers attended the virtual opening.

The Myantrade director-general delivered an opening remark and officials from the Republic of Korea negotiated future cooperation in B2B business matters on e-Marketplace.

Myanmar Pavilion was launched with the technical assistance of ECPlaza Network Inc and Myanmar Cyber King Co., Ltd, showcasing 100 Myanmar products. The connection between Myanmar suppliers and international buyers will also help boost exports.
