DEAR Myanmar people, brothers, sisters, and children, I wish you a Happy New Year that is full of hope and rehabilitation. In this country, compassion must be held by all. It is the truth. Without peace and reconciliation, our nation will not be established. We can create an environment of peaceful coexistence. We firmly believe that peace songs will be sung soon.
