THE terrorists died in mine blasts when they planted mines on a concrete bridgein the YeU-Taze road in Taze Township of Sagaing Region and Mingala bridge on the Htonebo-PyinOoLwin road in Amarapura Township of Mandalay Region.

On 1 December, according to the tip-off that a terrorist died during a mine incidentnear Kyweswe Village in Taze Township, the security forces inspected that place. Then, they found a dead body of the terrorist with injuries on his head who died while planting a mine on the concrete bridge.

Similarly, on 2 December, an explosion took place on Mingala bridge near Tamoke Soe Village on the Htonebo-PyinOoLwin road in Amarapura Township of Mandalay Region.

On arrival at the incident place, security forces found the dead body of the terrorist who died in an accident, while planting the homemade mine on that bridge.

About 12 feet of the bridge railing was destroyed due to the mine blast. The bodies of terrorists were taken to Taze Township public hospital.
