DEPUTY Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Aye Tun and party inspected a large-scale renovation work of Maha Pasana Cave on Thiri Mingala Kaba Aye Hill, Mayangon Township, Yangon Region, yesterday and observed the clean and tidy condition of religious buildings.

The Deputy Director Gener al of the Department of Religious Affairs, officials from the Construction Special Task Force-2 explained progress of works and the Deputy Minister coordinated the necessary works.

Next, the Deputy Minister and party attended the second day coordination meeting of the ninth 47-Plenary Session of the eighth the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee at the Mahanayaka Hall on Thiri Mingala Kaba Aye Hill in Mayangon Township, Yangon Region in the afternoon.

The coordination meeting will take place from 20 to 25 November and the ninth 47-Plenary Session of the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee on 26 and 27 November.
