THE State Administration Council has set out a plan for the stability and development of the country and the cooperation with the ethnic peoples, officials said.

Terrorists are trying to block the implementation of the future activities of the State Administration Council and to overthrow the government’s administrative machinery.

Civil servants have been killed by the terrorists, officials added.

During the period, from 1 February to 16 November 2021, about 38 civil servants were killed and 79 were injured in the assassination attempt by terrorist groups.
