A new Embraer E 190-100 LR XY-ALP  aircraft  joined  the  fleet  of  Myanmar Airways International yesterday.

The long-range aircraft was purchased  from  CDB  Aviation,  and it can fly up to the maximum altitude of 40,000 ft.

It  is  fitted  with  6  Business  seats and 92 Economy seats.

The MAI will fly the new air-craft  to  Myeik,  Sittway,  Dawei  Kawthoung,  Heho,  Kengtung,  Myitkyina, Putao, Nay Pyi Taw, NyaungU and Mandalay.

The  airlines  announced  that  flights  would  be  operated  in  line  with  healthcare  meas-ures against COVID-19.
