THE Myanmar delegation led by U Nyo Saw, Vice-President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, departed from Yan­gon by air yesterday morning to attend the 29^th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2026 to be held in Saint Petersburg in the Russian Fed­eration.

The delegation was seen off at the Yangon Internation­al Airport by Union Minister U Myint Kyaing, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu, the Commander of Yangon Command, regional ministers and officials of the Embassy of the Russian Federation to My­anmar.

The Vice-President was accompanied by Union Minis­ters U Aung Kyaw Hoe, U Htein Linn, U San Oo, U Ko Ko Lwin, U Khin Maung Soe and U Tun Ohn, along with Deputy Minister U Ko Ko Kyaw, departmental heads and officials.
