Myanmar detained one Korean involved in telecom fraud and other criminal activities in Myawady, Kayin State, yesterday.

The government is actively collaborating with neighbouring countries, regional partners, and international organizations to identify and take decisive action against foreign nationals involved in or orchestrating online scam centres. It is also coordinating effectively to ensure the swift repatriation of foreign nationals, victims of human trafficking, to their respective countries.
