A Myanmar delegation led by Myanmar Anti-Corruption Commission Member U Toe Yi attended the 11th Session of the Conference of the States Parties (COSP11) to the United Nations Con- vention against Corruption held in Doha, Qatar, from 15 to 19 December.
The conference was an important international conference focused on reviewing the implementation of the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Convention and setting directions for global anti-corruption efforts. During the conference, the delegates from member states around the world gathered to review the status of implementation of the convention’s provisions, exchange experiences and best practices, and formulate strategies to enhance international cooperation.
The Myanmar delegates actively participated in the discussions, presenting anti-corruption activities, strategic measures and outcomes of the country, and studied evolving international anti-corruption methods and practices.
Myanmar’s participation in this conference demonstrates ongoing engagement and cooperation with other countries to further strengthen the country’s anti-corruption efforts in line with international standards.
