A Myanmar delegation led by Dr Aung Zeya, Chairman of the Research Development and Technology Dissemination Committee on Electric Vehicle and Related Equipment and Deputy Minister for Science and Technology, visited the Liuzhou Industrial Museum yesterday afternoon.
Upon their arrival, the museum supervisor, Ms Cai Wen, and other officials explained that the museum has continued producing household electrical appliances and industrial products since the country’s first car was manufactured in 1982. She also highlighted the success of the business, its production of electric vehicles, and its current involvement in environmental protection activities, responding to questions from the Deputy minister and his delegation.
The deputy minister and his team then visited Liu Gong Group, a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles. Senior Director Ms Xiang Lin gave them a tour of the production plant and the Kui Gong R&D Centre, during which the Deputy minister asked questions and exchanged souvenirs.
