He said that at a time when democracy flourishes in the country, while there is no armed ethnic group, Tatmadaw will be able to gradually reduce its participation in the Hluttaw at different levels.
He noted that Tatmadaw is being improved, whereas the reform process is being carried out for the Myanmar Police Force.
With regard to following the disciplines, the Senior General emphasized that if each Tatmadaw member is encouraged to abide by good discipline and logistic measures are effectively implemented, their morale will also strengthen. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize and uphold fair, orderly, and efficient administration.
He urged that all Tatmadaw members and family members must live together in unity and harmony, and diligently carry out the duties assigned by the State and Tatmadaw. They should continue to contribute to the interests of the State and Tatmadaw to the best of their abilities, ensuring that they remain trustworthy and reliable to the State and Tatmadaw.
