To safeguard the lives, property, and livelihoods of the ethnic people across all states and regions, Tatmadaw members have been dutifully serving day and night on the frontlines, away from their families, with unwavering commitment to regional stability and counter-terrorism missions.

A ceremony to warmly welcome the triumphant frontline Tatmadaw members who courageously fought battles and earned successive victories was held at a local military unit in Indaing Village, Hlegu Township, Yangon Region, yesterday morning.

The event saw Yangon Command Deputy Commander Brig-Gen Tun Tun Oo, responsible officials, Tatmadaw members, their families, and residents, who expressed their delight and paid tribute to the returning soldiers with heartfelt enthusiasm.

Brig-Gen Tun Tun Oo, along with officers, soldiers, family members, departmental officials, and local ethnic people, welcome the victorious Tatmadaw members with sprigs of Eugenia, garlands, and floral tributes. The joyous celebration featured the beating of traditional drums, the playing of musical instruments, and lively dances.
