LT-GEN Myo Moe Aung from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) inspected the readiness of examination centres for the 2024-2025 academic year matriculation examination, which will be held at basic education schools in Myothit Wards 2, 3 and 4, and Aungpinle Ward of Chanmyathazi Township in Mahaaungmyay District, Mandalay Region, yesterday morning.

He viewed round preparations for the exam, the security of question and answer papers, measures for ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for exam candidates, and arrangements for healthcare services. He presented foodstuffs to teachers.

Likewise, Lt-Gen Soe Tint Naing from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army) oversaw the preparation for examination centres and supervisory offices.

His inspection covered the schools in Ngwetaw Kyikon Ward, Ward (I) in Pyigyidagun Township, as well as Chanmyathazi South and Tampawady Wards in Chanmyathazi Township, Mandalay. The visit included verification of secure and systematic handling of question and answer papers and coordination was carried out with relevant officials based on their reports.
