STATE Administration Council Member, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defence General Maung Maung Aye, accompanied by Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo and Deputy Minister for Education Dr Zaw Myint, visited several high schools in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday morning to encourage students preparing for the 2025 matriculation exam.

The General visited Basic Education High School No 3 in Pubbathiri Township, Kyaukcheck BEHS in Zeyathiri Township, and BEHS No 14 in Zabuthiri Township. These schools are currently hosting students undergoing intensive revision and training camps in preparation for retaking matriculation examination. During the visit, the SAC member met with the students and offered words of encouragement.

While meeting the students, the SAC member and officials observed the revision sessions and viewed the students for their efforts in preparing for the exam.

Later, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman and responsible officials distributed refreshments to the students. The SAC member then urged the students to study diligently in order to succeed in the examination and assured that arrangements had been made, in coordination with officials to support the students’ accommodation and foods so that they can focus on their studies conveniently.
