THE high-level delegation, led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, embarked on an official goodwill trip from 3 to 9 March 2025, at the invitation of President Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin of the Russian Federation and President Mr Alexander Gregoryevich Lukashenko of Belarus.

All the 29 political parties, including the Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP), the New Democracy Party (Kachin), the Myanmar People’s Democratic Party (MPD) and the National Unity Party (UNP), have expressed their congratulations and satisfaction with the efforts made by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing during these goodwill visits, which focused on promoting the development of various sectors for the prosperity of the nation and the people.
