THE Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) put 21 companies on blacklists for failing to pay advance income tax and entrust mining blocks to the department concerned, according to its recent notification.

Under the approval of the Kachin State government, those companies were endorsed to execute smallscale mineral production. The Kachin State government has already notified them of being blocklisted upon non-compliance.

The DICA has already notified that the registrar will publicly declare the denialist and weak compliance matters on the DICA’s website if companies registered on the online registry system, MyCO fails to comply with the existing law, rules and bylaws of the government institutions concerned and provisions stipulated in the Myanmar Companies Law.

Those 21 companies are Htoo Kan Oo Aung Co Ltd, Min Phyo Yarzar Co Ltd, Aung Myint Mo Than Co Ltd, Myitta Thitsar Co Ltd, Htet Win Tun Co Ltd, Htet Aung Hein Co Ltd, Aung Shin Thant Co Ltd, Aung Myo Yadana Co Ltd, Aung Su Naing Co Ltd, Thein Kabar (Mandalay) Co Ltd, Arr Mann Thet Co Ltd, Swan Pyaye Shan Moe Co Ltd, Shwe Pan Thar Co Ltd, EVG Co Ltd, Bambin Co Ltd, Ja Ing Ra Co Ltd, PutaO Nagar Co Ltd, Ma Ha Du Wa Co Ltd, Myanmar Academy International Co Ltd, Manaw Shwe Nadi Co Ltd, and Hnin Khant Phone Co Ltd.
