State Ovadacariya Shwegyin Sangharaja Abhidhaja Maharatthaguru and Abhidhaja Aggamaha Saddhammajotika Sitagu Sayadaw Dr Bhaddanta Nyanissara, who is also the Chancellor of the Sitagu International Buddhist Academies and the founder of the International Theravada Buddhist Missionary University (ITBMU), delivered a Special Dhamma Talk yesterday at the ITBMU Seminar Hall. The event was attended by local and international students who currently enrolled in diploma to postgraduate programmes for the 2024–2025 academic year.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of ITBMU Rector Aggamaha Pandita Maha Dhammakathika Bahujana Hitadhara Dr Bhaddanta Chekinda and Pro-Rector (Academic) Dr Bhaddanta Nodhinana, along with lecturer monks and nuns. A total of 328 students from 21 countries participated in the event.
