UNION Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr Soe Win met Ms Elena Ajmone Sessera, Resident Representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), at the minister’s office in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon.

They frankly discussed ICRC’s activities in Myanmar, raising awareness on the danger of mine, physical rehabilitation for mine-affected people, and ICRC cooperation with the ministry.
