THOSE who want to establish a political party apply to the Union Election Commission by stating the name of the party they wish to establish.

To date, 15 groups have applied for the right to establish a party.

Among the groups that applied, the Trustees of Peace Party was found to comply with the Political Parties Registration Law and regulations, and the Commission approved the application for the establishment of the political party yesterday.

The Trustees of the Peace Party who have the right to establish a party must apply to the Commission for registration as a political party in accordance with Rule 7 of the Registration of Political Parties within 30 days from the date of approval. To date, 12 political parties have been approved to establish, and the rest of the groups that have applied for establishment permits are also under scrutiny.
