THE news outlet Khit Thit, known for its pro-terrorism stance, is deliberately spreading misinformation on social media by falsely reporting that terrorists attacked the No 101 Light Infantry Division in Pakkoku and a security outpost in west Hponekan Village, claiming the use of 200 improvised heavy weapons and resulting in the death of ten security forces.

Upon thorough on-ground investigations, it was determined that the terrorists haphazardly fired improvised heavy weapons, which landed near residential villages and caused explosions. However, the claim of ten security forces being killed in the incident is untrue. These malicious news outlets with pro-terrorism tendencies are consistently fabricating and circulating false news to obscure the actual acts of terrorism committed by terrorists.

Their motive appears to involve conducting psychological warfare against Tatmadaw security forces.
