THE Bamar-Vietnam Trade Fair 2023 jointly organized by the Bamar Ethnic Entrepreneurs Association and the Vietnam Trade Office in Myanmar, took place at the Yangon Junction City Promotion Area from 1 to 3 November.
At the opening ceremony held at the trade fair, U Ye Min Aung, Vice President of the UMFCCI, delivered a speech of honour, and the Vietnamese Ambassador to Myanmar Ly Quoc Tuan extended greetings.
A business matching area was set up for bilateral business discussions and to promote Vietnamese products. Additionally, it provided opportunities for Made in Myanmar products to penetrate into foreign markets.
One of the objectives of the Bamar Ethnic Entrepreneurs Association is to connect ethnic entrepreneurs in Myanmar and foster connections with local and foreign entrepreneurs to expand their businesses.
Trade fairs was organized to enhance the value of local products and facilitate their entry into international markets.
This marked the third edition of the trade fairs organized by the association in 2023. These trade fairs are expected to stimulate trade, attract increased investment, and generate employment opportunities.
