THE Cybersecurity Awareness Video Competition 2023 will be held online and the first winning video will be sent representing the country to the ASEAN-JAPAN Cybersecurity Awareness Video Competition 2023 which will be held in Brunei, according to the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

It was organized by the Ministry of Transport and Communications to improve cybersecurity knowledge, help the development of critical thinking about digital technology, show the qualities and capacities of the students, raise the interest of youths about cybersecurity, have opportunities to compete with regional countries and promote cooperation with universities and educational institutions.

The competitors have to send their videos to the competition organizing committee by email or CD, DVD and USB before 4 pm on 11 August 2023.

The K1.5 million, K1 million, K700,000 and two prizes of K300,000 cash awards to the winners as well as certificates of honour and the video of the first winner will be sent representing the country to the ASEAN-JAPAN Cybersecurity Awareness Video Competition 2023.
