THE Ministry of Transport and Communications yesterday honoured children of staff for their outstanding in the matriculation examination for 2022-2023 academic year and provided school stationery to basic education students.

At the ceremony, members of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San and wife awarded 162 students with distinctions in the matriculation examination in the 2022-2023 academic year.

Afterward, the deputy ministers and their wives presented prizes to 162 outstanding students. Additionally, school stationary was provided to 15,871 basic education students.

Moreover, the Union Minister attended a ceremony to honour athlete staff from the Ministry for their prizes in the XXXII SEA Games and presented certificates of honour and cash awards to them.
