DAW KYU KYU HLA, wife of the State Administration Council Chairman Prime Minister, attended the Myanmar dressing and costume show at the Myanmar International Convention Centre-II in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday afternoon to mark the Myanmar Women’s Day which falls on 3 July.

During the show, the performances were presented with songs including Myanmar Women’s Day song, the Dressing Fair with the theme of “wedding reception” created by famous national designers, the Dressing event with theme of “calmly and beautifully cute, never boring Myanmar traditional dressing”, theatrical performances and musical performances by famous singers.

Afterwards, Myanmar Women’s Affairs Federation-MWAF Honorary Patron Daw Kyu Kyu Hla and other honorary patrons presented a flower basket to president and secretary of MWAF.

The patron, the chairs and the secretary of Myanmar National Committee for Women’s Affairs and MWAF presented flower baskets to artistes who performed entertainments.

Later, artistes entertained all with performances of Anyeint, songs and dramas.

Honorary patrons Daw Khin Thet Haty and Daw Than Than Nwe, the wife of SAC Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, the wife of SAC Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, SAC members and their wives, Union ministers and their wives, officials and invited persons also enjoyed the show.
