1. Under Section 5 of the Political Parties Registration Law, Democratic Forces Labour Party, with its headquarters located at No 12, 85th Street, between 33rd and 34th Street, Aungnan (West) Ward, Malunsayoe Ward, Mandalay Region, submitted to the Union Election Commission on 23-5-2023 that the party’s name, flag and emblem will be used as described below.

2. Therefore, those who want to object to the mentioned party name, flag and emblem that will be used by the Democratic Forces Labour Party, can object to the Union Election Commission with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement.
