1. According to the application of the Myanmar Farmers’ Development Party with its headquarters located at No C/10, Myotaw Street II, Ward 10, Chantha Shwepyi Housing, Dagon Myothit (East) Township, Yangon Region, to the Union Election Commission to be established and registered as a political party, the name of the party, the flag and emblem to be used by the party and the public objection were advertised in the daily newspapers released on 18-3-2023.
2. There was an objection to the party flag and emblem to be used by this organization, and the Union Election Commission found that it violated Rule 8 (a) of the Registration of Political Parties, so it was revised.
3. Therefore, if someone wants to object to the mentioned party flag revised and prepared by the Myanmar Farmers’ Development Party, they can object to the Union Election Commission with valid evidence within seven days from the date of this announcement to the public under Rule 14 (d) of the Registration of Political Parties.
