SAC Member Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San met the delegation led by Mr Anatoli Bulochnikov, Vice-Chairperson of the Russia-Myanmar Association of Friendship and Cooperation of the Russian Federation yesterday in Nay Pyi Taw.

Both sides exchanged views on matters in connection with cooperation in the railway transport sector between Myanmar and Russia, mutual exchange of representatives between the two countries, expansion of overseas direct flights, cooperation in the shipping sector and potential investments.

The meeting was attended by the deputy ministers, departmental heads, responsible officials and representatives of the Russia-Myanmar Association of Friendship and Cooperation of the Russian Federation.
