THE security forces arrested Pa Pa Hlaing, who supported PDF terrorists of Minkin Township of Sagaing Region, in Mingala street of Aungmingala Ward of Monywa township on 5 September.

According to her confession, she remitted money and provided medicines and materials and made homemade guns for PDFs in Minkin Township under the instructions of fugitive Kyaw Min Htut (member of Minkin Township NLD legal aid body).

Based on the words of suspect Pa Pa Hlaing, the police arrested Minkin NLD members Kyaw Min Htut and Kyaw Min Aung who connected with PDFs to commit attacks in Sagaing Region and Aung Myo Min who admitted the terrorists at his house located in Myawady Ward of Monywa on 6 September.

Kyaw Min Htut admitted that he contacted fugitive Aung Tun Lwin (former No (2) Region Hluttaw MP of Minkin NLD) to become a member of Minkin Township public administration body and member of the organizing committee for Western Command of terrorist NUG.

Moreover, he served as representative of Minkin township to commit violence with PDFs according to the instructions of Thant Wai Kyaw, member of CRPH of Sagaing Region (former No 1 Region Hlutttaw MP of Kalay township).

He also connected with fugitive Yi Mon, member of unlawful terrorist groups CRPH and NUG and conducted Zoom meetings, asked for money to establish a homemade gun factory in Minkin Township and collected list of Minkin PDF members sent to fugitive Yi Mon.

He contacted the Spring Revolution Support organized with another fugitive Nyunt Aung (former Monywa Pyithu Hluttaw MP of NLD), unlawful terrorist group NUG member Win Myat Aye, Moe Cho Thinn from the US and Myanmar nationals living in Singapore to collect money and allocated the cash contributions to PDFs and Thunderstorms Without Borders in Muttha, Tong and Thanpauk villages of Minkin Township where the innocent people were accused of being informers and killed.

According to Kyaw Min Aung, he participated in protests of Minkin Township, posted on social media, committed incitements to occur riots and collected money sent to Win Min Soe, leader of Laungpyae Village PDF.

The arrested suspects will face legal actions under the law. The security force will also investigate to arrest the absconders. Moreover, announcements are also released that the entire people can participate in fight terrorism and arresting perpetrators as quickly as possible, secretly report to the officials about their hiding places and activities, and the whistle-blowers and those who help arrest the suspects will be covertly rewarded.
