1. During the public holidays from 2.8.2021 to 8.8.2021, the border trade posts will not be closed from their duties and will be allowed to import and export as usual, and the import of COVID-19 medicines and devices will be given priority as per the SOPs coordinated with the relevant departments.

2. On these days, it is announced that the Department of Commerce (Head Office) Import and Export Division and the Export and Import Office (Yangon) will allow online import and export licence applications as usual during office hours.
