TATMADAW has been working together with doctors, medical workers and volunteers to conduct COVID-19 immunization across the country. Yesterday, the vaccination was conducted to the people over the age of 65, including monks, nuns, civil service personnel and prison inmates in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory; Lashio and Kutkai townships in northern Shan State; Taunggyi, Kalaw, Pindaya, Namsang and Loilem townships in southern Shan State; Kengtung, Monghkat and Mongpyin townships in eastern Shan State; Mon State; Kayin State; Mingaladon, Hlegu and Hmawbi townships in Yangon Region; Ayeyawady Region; Haka township in Chin State; and Bago Region.
