THE special appeal court comprising Chief Justice of the Union U Htun Htun Oo and Supreme Court Judges U Kyi Thein, U Khin Maung Gyi, U Tin Hong and Daw Khin May Yi have passed interlocutory orders for special civil appeal case No 96/2019 (Mandalay) and 97/2019 (Mandalay) at office No. 1 of Supreme Court of the Union yesterday morning and handed down judgments on four exceptional civil appeal cases — No 71/2019 (Shan), No 95/2019 (Yangon), 99/2019 (Yangon) and 107/2019 (Magway).

Moreover, they heard four exceptional civil appeal cases— No 88/2019 (Sagaing), 92/2019 (Ayeyawady), 93/2019 (Ayeyawady) and 35/2020 (Ayeyawady) in line with the restrictions of prevention and control of COVID-19.
