1. The Tatmadaw formed the State Administration Council and adopted the five-point road map and nine objectives, striving for development of all sectors such as politics, economy and social affairs of the State with might and main. 2. Moreover, as the accomplishment of restoring the perpetual peace is a must for the State, the Tatmadaw suspends the military operations to be able to soonest hold the dialogues on peace process with the ethnic armed organizations, some of which have signed the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) and some of which are still holding talks to sign the NCA. 3.
