THE Broadcasting Governing Body-BGB held the first coordination meeting (2/2021) through video conferencing yesterday morning in Nay Pyi Taw. At the meeting, Deputy Minister for Information U Ye Tint, in his capacity as the Chairperson of the BGB, addressed the meeting. Vice-chairperson, Permanent Secretary U Myo Myint Maung, Director-General for Myanmar Radio and Television U Ye Naing discussed the status of current activities and tax payment of Content Providers. Officials from FM Bagan, Padamyar FM, Shwe FM, Forever Group Co., Ltd, Shwe Thanlwin Media Co., Ltd, Family Entertainment Group, Fortune Broadcasting Company Limited, KMA Tele Media Holdings Company Limited, My Multi-Media Group Company Limited discussed technical, and administration problems en-countered at work. Officials from Public Relations and Psychological Operation and Myanmar Television and Broadcasting Association also participated in the discussion.
