The Award-Winning Photos Exhibition of the 59th All-Myanmar Photography Contest, along with a panel discussion organized by the Myanmar Photography Association, was held at 9 am yesterday at the promotion area of the Junction City Shopping Mall in Yangon.

The chair and executive members of the Myanmar Photography Association first cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the event. This was followed by a congratulatory speech delivered by the association’s patron, multiple Academy Award winner and Lifetime Academy Award-winning director Pagyi Soe Moe. The association’s chair, U Than Tun Oo (Tet Nay Win), then gave a speech about the exhibition and the competition.
Afterwards, the patrons, chair, and executive members viewed the award-winning photographs, as well as entries from the quarterly and trainee competitions. In addition, a photography panel discussion will be held at 2 pm from 23 to 25 March, and all interested participants are welcome to attend free of charge. — Bala/MKKS
