A signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association (MYEA) and chambers of commerce from India, Hong Kong Special Administrative Regon, Malaysia and Singapore was held on the evening of 7 March at the Chatrium Hotel in Yangon, according to the Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association (MYEA).
“We signed the MoU between the India-Myanmar Chamber of Commerce (IMCC), the Myanmar-Hong Kong SAR Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MHKCCI), the Malaysia-Myanmar Business Council (MMBC), the Singapore Association of Myanmar (SAM), and the Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association (MYEA). Through the signing of this MoU, closer ties will be fostered between MYEA members and international business communities, and we will work together to create business opportunities,” said Dr Thi Thi Khaing, First Vice-Chair of MYEA.
It is also learnt that the MYEA has signed memoranda of understanding on cooperation with the Australian Chamber of Commerce, the British Chamber of Commerce, the Japan Young Business Association, and the American Chamber of Commerce.
