THE Myanmar delegation, led by Union Minister for Ministry 2 of the President’s Office U Ko Ko Hlaing and Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney-General Dr Thida Oo, is striving to establish the truth in response to accusations made by The Gambia, demonstrating the responsibility and dignity of the country before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, the Netherlands, from 12 to 29 January 2026.
The Painnegon Arkani Muslim Aid fully supports the firm and decisive response, based on the rule of law, to the unjust accusations against our country. Such action reflects the actual situation in Myanmar and is an important factor in helping the international community better understand and place its trust in Myanmar.
Therefore, the Painnegon Arkani Muslim Aid expresses its support for and honours the Myanmar delegation as it strives to uphold Myanmar’s dignity, sovereignty, and national interests at the ICJ. The association hereby issues this statement to affirm its full solidarity with the policies of the country.
